It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee cannot. Please pay carefully.

Payment plans must be approved by the court prior to making partial payment online.  Please contact the court if you want to set up a Payment Plan.

 If you submit payment for Deferred Disposition but do not submit the application through our site, the payment will close the case and a conviction will be reported to the DPS because the court has no record of the application since it was not submitted through our service.

If you do not submit the form and payment through this site, you must go in person to the Court to complete the application and make payment.
