It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.

Partial payments are allowed here only if you have a Payment Plan in place with the court. If you want to pay more than your Payment Plan amount, please call 800-444-1187. 

Driving Safety Course and Deferred Disposition fees are payable here only if you have been granted approval from the court first. If you pay without approval, you risk closing out your citation and losing the opportunity to keep it off your record.

Dismissal fees are only payable by calling 800-444-1187 and only if you have first submitted proof to the court and been granted approval. When you call, you must know the exact amount of your dismissal fee. 

Warrants are payable here but only in full. Payment of a single warrant when multiple warrants have been issued for the same individual will not halt or suspend collection efforts for the remaining active warrants.
