Partial payments are accepted ONLY if you have a payment plan in place with Sweeny Municipal Court.

You must contact the court to request a deferred disposition, payment plan or driving safety course PRIOR to making a payment. These options will not be available if you pay before contacting the court.

Citations must be paid in full, by your court date. If you are unsure when your court date is, contact the court. 

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.
