Notice:

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If the court rejects your payment, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully. 

The Court will process online payments upon acceptance by this service. A receipt will be provided for any paid cases. It is the defendant's responsibility to ensure that payments are made in sufficient time to meet required deadlines.

It takes up to 5 business days for your citation to appear online from the date it was issued. 

DRIVING SAFETY COURSE - if you are interested in taking the Driving Safety Course, contact the court before making any payments on this site. 

Payments made through this service MUST be made by the defendant as they must read and agree to their Plea prior to submission of payment.

If you are paying an outstanding Capias Pro Fine Warrant or Arrest Warrant outside of our normal business hours, warrant clearance will be processed the following business day.  If you are paying a warrant for a person in custody, the court will not be able to respond to that payment until the following business day.  

If you have a Payment Plan in place with the court and need to make your payment, please call 800.444.1187 and a phone agent will assist you. 

Parking tickets can be paid here. Contact the court FIRST so they can release it for payment here. 

Deferred Disposition, Driving Safety Court and Compliance Dismissal fees can be paid here but only after the court has granted permission and you have received a notice from the court with payment instructions. Any payment that is made without being authorized by the court may result in a conviction.  You may request Deferral from the court online by clicking here

 Staff is available from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm to answer calls at 972-292-5555 (press 0). Please go to http://friscotexas.gov/ecourt for information on the court's web services. A drop box is available at the court entrance near the parking lot area.
