It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. Please pay carefully. 

If you are eligible for a Driver's Safety Course, Deferred Disposition or Compliance Fees, you agree to the requirements below. If you have questions about your eligibility, please refer to the pamphlet provided at the time of stop, online at https://cityofvanalstyne.us/resolvecitations or contact the court

• Driver’s Safety Course - click EDIT and change the amount shown to pay ONLY $144 (plus processing fee). Once the court receives the payment, you will receive an email with a checklist that lists the required documents due, your due date, and how you can submit the required documents back to the court.
• Deferred Disposition - click EDIT and add the $40 deferred fee to the amount shown. For example: If your citation amount is $230, you will add the $40 deferred fee making the amount $270 (does not include processing fees).
•  Compliance Fees: if you have provided the court proof of updated driver’s license or registration and have received permission to pay the dismissal fee, click EDIT and pay ONLY the compliance fee rather than the amount shown. 

Some violations, such as expired registration or speeding in a school zone are not eligible for a driver's safety course or deferred disposition.

Warrants

• Warrants less than 60 days old may be paid here but only IN FULL.
• Warrants more than 60 days old must be paid to thecollection agency at 866.955.5455.
• Not sure how old your warrant is? Call the court.

Do not pay here for these cases. You must appear. 

• Any person under the age of 17 with a parent or legal guardian
• Minor in possession of alcohol or tobacco
•  Any other charge that is illegal due to the age of defendant at the time of the offense
