It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. Please pay carefully.

**** Partial payments are allowed here ONLY IF you have a Payment Plan in place with the court.  

Driving Safety Course and Deferred Disposition fees can be paid here ONLY IF you have prior approval from the court.  A payment here without approval from the court will close out your citation and you will lose the opportunity to keep the citation off your record.

Warrants may be paid online but defendant must first contact the court for the full amount due. Any amount that is left unpaid will still result in warrants.

The following are not payable here; you MUST appear. 

• Traffic offenses: Juveniles 16 & under w/ parent or guardian
• Alcohol offenses: age 21 & under; Juvenile 17 & under w/ parent or guardian
• Assault and Family Violence violations issued after Sept. 1, 2019
• If you wish to contest your offense and plead Not Guilty, contact the court
