If you have an Attorney and received a Recommendation Form from the Prosecuting Attorney that is due and payable out of court: 
  • The Recommendation Form must be signed by you AND your attorney
  • The court must receive a copy of the Recommendation Form before you pay here
  • Your payment will only be processed once the court has received the signed Recommendation Form.

If your violation is not listed on the fine's list attached to this site, your citation requires a court appearance. Do not pay here. Contact the court.  

Citations issued as a result of a Motor Vehicle Accident are not payable here. Contact the court.

If you pay a fine for a moving violation without attending court, points may be assessed against your license with the Department of Revenue. Please contact the Department of Revenue directly for point information only.
