YOU MUST MAKE A MINIMUM PAYMENT OF $5.00 OR YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE REJECTED.

Be advised that your payment constitutes a plea of NO CONTEST and a waiver of your right to counsel and a jury trial. Your citation will be reported to the DPS if it is considered a moving violation under the Texas Transportation Code and state surcharges may apply.

Payment must be received in the court on or before the report date shown on your citation. Any amount that is left unpaid will still result in a capias being issued. If you do not have your ticket number please give us a call before making payment.

Partial payments are allowed here ONLY IF you have a Payment Plan in place with the court. 

Warrants may be paid but only IN FULL. Contact the court for the exact amount due. 

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the hold on your driver's license to be lifted once payment is received and processed by the court.

Do not pay here for the following; contact the court:

• Defendant is U17
• Defendant is U18 and charged with a tobacco offense
• Defendant is U21 and charged with an alcohol offense
•  Driving Safety Course fees. 
• If you wish to contest your offense and plead Not Guilty

Interested in Drivers Safety Course or Deferred Disposition? Contact the court before paying here or your payment will close out your citation and you will lose the opportunity to keep the citation off your record. 

Dismissals: Expired Driver's License, Expired Vehicle Registration (LP) offenses out less than 60 days may be dismissed with proof of renewal and a $20 administrative fee. Contact the court for further information.

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.
