It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. Please pay carefully.

If you are paying after your court date, there is a Failure to Appear fee of $155.00 and court costs of $45. To pay your citation in full, you must add $200.00 to your original amount. Failure to do so will result in suspension of your driver's license.

If your driver's license is suspended, you must contact the court clerk's office in order to obtain your original receipt, which can be faxed or emailed to you upon your payment.

Partial payments can be made here if you have made prior arrangements with the Tupelo municipal court Judge. 

Court hours: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Court is held the 2nd Monday of every month at 5 pm.
