Partial payments can be made here only if you have a Payment Plan in place with the court. .

 Driving Safety Course: request must be submitted in writing. Court cost of $146.10 can be paid here, on or before your court date.

 Juveniles ages 17 and under  may pay here only if you have already been to court and seen the Judge.

 Speeding violations issued to those 25 years of age or younger will require Driving Safety Course. Contact the court for further information. 

 Insurance violations: copy of insurance may be faxed ALONG with copy of your citation. You must contact the court to confirm receipt and disposition. Fax no. (830) 334-0034.

 It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. Please pay carefully.
