When was your citation issued?

  • Citations filed with the court or prosecutor's office BEFORE 3-1-2021 CAN be paid here. Please contact the court if you are unsure if your citation has been filed.
  • Citations filed with the court or prosecutor's office ON OR AFTER 3-1-2021 must be paid through https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/base/welcome.do. Please contact the court if you are unsure if your citation has been filed.

The Ferguson Municipal Court is holding dockets via Zoom.  All in-person appearances continue to be POSTPONED due to the COVID-19 pandemic. For further court information, click here.

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not. If you have appeared in court and have been assessed a fine + court costs by the Judge, you may pay here. 

If you have an Attorney and received a Recommendation Form from the Prosecuting Attorney that is due and payable out of court: 
  • The Recommendation Form must be signed by you AND your attorney
  • The court must receive a copy of the Recommendation Form before you pay here
  • Your payment will only be processed once the court has received the signed Recommendation Form.
