It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If payment is rejected for any reason, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee will not.

Warrants are payable here but only in full. If you pay off a warrant after business hours, keep proof of payment on you for a minimum of five (5) days .

Partial payments can be made here IF you have a Payment Plan in place with the court. 

PAYMENT PLAN RULES: If you have not filled out the paperwork at the court and paid the 1st installment at the court. Your payment will be rejected and your processing fee will not be refunded. 

• Your initial Payment Plan payment must be $100.00 and paid at the court via cash or money order, along with required paperwork. All subsequent such payments can be made on this site. 
• If you have more than one violation, you must apply your payment to the violation with the lowest amount due, and completely pay off that violation before paying on the next.

Deferred Disposition and Driving Safety Course fees cannot be paid here. Contact the court for instructions. Once you have paid and submitted your plea, you cannot change your decision.

The following are not payable here - a court appearance is mandatory:

• Minors under 17
• Under 18 tobacco offences
• Under 21 alcohol offenses
