If you make a partial payment on a warrant, the balance must be paid in full within 30 days or a capias pro fine warrant may be issued. Payments received after 4 pm M-F will not be cleared until the following business day. Keep proof of payment with you until then.
Warning - do not pay here for those who are in jail. Contact the jail where person is being held.
Assault and Family Violence violations issued after Sept. 1, 2019 are not payable here. You must appear or be magistrated in jail. The court is open but is encouraging citizens to visit the court's website or pay online here to handle their court case.
