It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing will not.
Call the court before making a payment here. Several options could be available to you.
By completing the information below and making payment you understand that 1) you are waiving your right to receive Discovery from the State and the right to a jury trial; 2) a finding of guilty will be entered for each charge for which you pay; 3) if your paid violation is a moving violation under the Texas Transportation Code, it may result in the assessment of surcharges and/or points on your driving license/record; 4) you are certifying your identity as that of the person named in the charging instrument for the particular violation for which you are paying; and 5) it is your responsibility to ensure that you are paying for the correct violation.
Driving Safety Course, Deferred Disposition and Compliance fees are not payable here. Contact the court for further instructions.
Partial Payments: you must have an Installment Agreement in place with the Court and pay no less than your required payment or the court may reject it. Once you pull up your citation, click 'edit' and type in the amount you need to pay and click 'submit'. The page will then update with the amount you are paying.
Warrants may be paid here but you must first contact the Wilmer Police Division and verify the correct amount due for each warrant to be paid. A partial payment will not recall an outstanding warrant, nor suspend further collection activity, the blocking of a driver's license renewal, or vehicle registration renewal, or driver's license suspension for out-of-state drivers.
Warrants may be paid individually, but ONLY for the FULL AMOUNT of each warrant. All Partial Payments will be rejected.
Warrants paid on a weekday after close of business or on a weekend or holiday may not be cleared from law enforcement records until the next regular business day. Keep your receipt on you for at least 48-hours after payment.
Driver license renewal holds will take 1-2 business days to release at the time the warrant is cleared from the law enforcement record system. Renewal hold for multiple warrants will not be released until all warrants have been paid or otherwise disposed of.
