If you are interested in Deferred Disposition or a Driving Safety course, you must contact the court and be approved prior to paying here or your payment will show as a conviction, and there will be no further option to make that request.
Deferred Disposition fees may be paid here only if you have prior court approval. NOTE: If you have defaulted on a Deferred Payment Plan, and the case is set for a Show Cause Hearing, paying here will result in a guilty conviction. Contact the court before paying.
Partial payments can be made here only if you have a Payment Plan in place and only if you pay at least the minimum due per your agreement with the court.
Warrants can be paid here but only in full. They will be cleared on the next business day.
