All citations paid on the TrafficPayment.com website are entered into a plea of no contest. By using this site you are waiving your right to a jury trial. TrafficPayment.com is not responsible for any actions taken by any institution on any citations that is paid through this website. Your payment will be processed within one business day. Most transactions are finalized within one hour. Please check the due date on your ticket carefully. TrafficPayment.com charges a convenience fee to make a payment electronically to your designated institution. This fee is itemized before you submit your payment. You understand that this fee is non-refundable in the event that your institution does not accept your payment, and is separate from any fine you were assessed and are attempting to pay.

If you are paying your ticket by looking it up via your license plate or your ticket number your transaction will be finalized within one hour. TrafficPayment.com will automatically apply any late charges to the total transaction amount as designated by each institution’s policy. TrafficPayment.com is not responsible for any late fees incurred. If you are paying your ticket by manually entering your name, ticket number and amount, your ticket will be processed immediately and will remain outstanding until your institution has confirmed your payment as valid. Completion of a payment is contingent upon your institution accepting the payment and the authorization of your card company. If either party fails to accept your payment, your liability and fine shall remain outstanding and unpaid.
