LOGAN, Utah and MIDLAND, Texas – September 1, 2004 – Logan based New Dawn Technologies Inc., creators of software for the justice community, and Midland based TrafficPayment.com LLC, premier specialists in online payment of traffic and parking violations, today announced a partnership that provides a fast, secure, and reliable online payment system to New Dawn’s JustWare Solution Suite™.

The programs in the JustWare Solutions Suite, one of the most comprehensive case and workflow management software tools in the market, now offers the TrafficPayment.com online payment system. This will allow New Dawn’s JustWare customers the ability to offer violators the option of paying their citations online or by telephone. This partnership will ensure both New Dawn and TrafficPayment.com can offer the most broad and extensive software solutions to the justice community.
