TrafficPayment.com Expands Presence on I-45 by Signing with Palmer and Hutchins Two more cities along Texas Interstate 45 have contracted with TrafficPayment.com. The municipal courts in Palmer and Hutchins are pleased to announce that they now offer online payment by credit card for outstanding fines and fees.
