I can find the location where I received my ticket but there is no way to pay it online. What does this mean?
Despite our best efforts, some institutions have yet to offer online payment. Only the institution’s information available through the internet is listed on TrafficPayment.com.

Can any ticket be paid online?
Only the violations that are allowed by your institution are payable online. These vary from each institution. TrafficPayment.com has no control over which violations are selected to be payable online.

If I pay my ticket online will it show up on my driving record?
Only municipal, county, or state citations paid online will show up on your state driving record. Tickets issued by universities typically are not sent to the department of motor vehicles. You should check with your local traffic and parking office policies periodically to make sure you are following all guidelines at your institution.

Do I need to enter a plea to pay my ticket online?
All citations paid online with TrafficPayment.com are automatically entered into a plea of no contest. All users are bound to the terms of use agreement on this website.

What if the ticket I received is not listed?
If the ticket you received is not listed it could because of one of the following:

• Your ticket is not yet in your institutions database
• Make sure you entered the correct information
• The ticket you are attempting to pay is past the due date, in warrants, or has been cleared by your institution

When is my ticket going to be paid?
Your ticket will begin being processed the moment payment is received. Tickets are normally cleared within one hour of it being submitted online depending on the institution.
