This page is for the Town of Caddo, OK Municipal Court, NOT Bryan County.

Are you paying after your court date? There is a Failure to Appear charge of $100 and Court Cost of $30. In order for your citation to be paid in full, you MUST add $130 to the original amount. Failure to do so will result in your driver's license being suspended.

If your driver's license is suspended, contact the court clerk's office after paying here to obtain your original receipt, which can be mailed to you, or faxed to your DMV.

It is the defendant's responsibility to make the payment to the right court and for the correct amount. If your payment is rejected for any reason, and/or cannot be transferred to the appropriate court, the fine amount will be refunded but the processing fee cannot. Please pay carefully.
