Your citation number is listed in the middle of your ticket, on the 15th line. Example: Citation 000000. Right below that, you would see something like SPEED IN EXCESS OF MAX: 15-20 OVER. Do not use anything other than your citation number in the field below. If you are unable to locate your citation online, please call 800.444.1187 for assistance.
